Credit Suisse Group AG (Credit Suisse) is a Switzerland-based global financial services company. The Company operates in three segments: Private Banking, Investment Banking and Asset Management. Private Banking offers advice and a range of wealth management solutions, including pension planning, life insurance products, tax planning and wealth and inheritance advice. BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Credit Suisse Group AG's interest income fell 47% to SF 20.0M. Net interest income after LLP fell 20% to SF4.4M. Net income from cont. ops. totaled SF 5.8B, vs. a loss of SF 2.2M. Net interest income reflects a decrease in interest & dividend income. Net income was offset by higher trading revenues, lower general & administrative expense and a decrease in commissions and fees.
