Eurocastle Investment Ltd. is a Guernsey-based closed-end investment company listed on Euronext Amsterdam. It invests and manages a portfolio consisting primarily of German commercial real estate assets. The portfolio is comprised of a diversified mix of high quality office and retail properties concentrated in the five major German cities. Eurocastle seeks to deliver a stable and growing dividend and attractive risk-adjusted returns through varying interest rate and credit cycles.
