Electricite de Strasbourg SA operates through three subsidiaries: wholly owned ES Developpement Durable SAS and S1 SAS, as well as Fipares SA. The Company is a subsidiary of Eletricite de France.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2009, Electricite de France SA's total revenue increased 8% to EUR34.9B. Net income for the period remained flat at EUR3.12B. Total revenue reflects an increase in demand for the Company products and services in France, United Kingdom and Germany. Net income for the period was partially offset by increased personnel expenses as well as higher interest expense.
