FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FuelCell Energy), incorporated on July 12, 1999, is a integrated fuel cell company. In December 2012, the Company acquired Versa Power Systems, Inc.

The Company service two primary markets: ultra-clean power (fuel cells operating on clean natural gas) and renewable power (fuel cells operating on renewable biogas). The Company’s DFC product line includes the 2.8 megawatt DFC3000, the 1.4 megawatt DFC1500 and the 300 kilowatt DFC300. The company’s stationary power plants are scalable for multi-megawatt utility scale applications or on-site power generation for institutions and industrial applications. The Company also market multi-megawatt DFC-ERG (Direct FuelCell Energy Recovery GenerationTM) power plants for use in natural gas pipeline applications and DFC/TurbineTM power plants for large-load users.
