On March 20, 2008, FPT Powertrain Technologies acquired 100% of Tritec Motors Limitada from Chrysler L.L.C. and subsequently changed its name to FPT Powertrain do Brasil-Industria e Comercio de Motores Ltda. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company acquired remaining 0.33% interest in European Engine Alliance.
