Harvard International plc, formerly Alba Plc, is a distributor of consumer electronic products. As of March 31, 2009, the Company operated in two segments: Consumer Electronics and Medical Electronics divisions. The Company’s subsidiaries include Alba Broadcasting Corporation Limited, Grundig Consumer Electronics Limited and Harvard Property Holdings Limited. The Company operates in the United Kingdom, the Far East and Australia. On July 29, 2009, the Company disposed of its interest in Medical Electronics business. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company ceased trading in its liquid crystal display (LCD) television operation. In December 2008, the Company sold its Alba and Bush brands to Argos Limited.
