Hannover Rueckversicherung AG (Hannover Re) is a Germany-based global reinsurance company. The Company's operations are divided into four segments: property and casualty reinsurance, life and health reinsurance, financial reinsurance and specialty insurance. Its property and casualty reinsurance business group also covers marine and aviation insurance, and credit and surety. The Company divides its activities into two business groups: non-life reinsurance, and life and health reinsurance.
