The Company’s portfolio comprised of agencies with expertise in the areas, which include corporate communications, financial communications, public affairs and consumer together with an integrated healthcare offer. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company’s public relations accounted 74% of the total revenue. The activities in the public relations include consumer, corporate and financial communications and public affairs. Huntsworth Health accounts for 26% of Company’s revenues. It comprises of 400 healthcare specialists providing services in analytics, marketing communications, medical communications, public relations, advertising and sales training. During 2008, the Company purchased interests in Grayling International Limited and Huntsworth Financial Group Limited.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2008, Huntsworth plc's revenue increased 5% to £159.1M. Net income decreased 18% to £9.8M. Revenues reflects increased income from Huntsworth Health segment and improved gross margin. Net income was offset by higher operating expenses, decreased finance income, increased acquisition payments to employees deemed as remuneration expenses and lower operating margin.
