Iberia Lineas Aereas de Espana SA is a Spain-based airline operator engaged in the provision of passenger and cargo transport, aircraft maintenance and handling services in airports. It offers 38 destinations in Spain, 42 destinations in Europe, nine destination in Africa, 22 destinations in America, one destination in the Near and Far East and 117 additional international destinations through its various code-share arrangements with other carriers. As of December 31, 2008, the Company operated 119 aircrafts. The Company is a parent of Grupo Iberia, a group which comprises Compania Auxiliar al Cargo Expres SA, Cargosur SA, Iber-America Aerospace LLC, Iberia Tecnologia SA, Serpista SA and Clickair SA, among others.
