Quebecor World Inc. (Quebecor World) is engaged in providing market solutions, including pre-print, print and post-print services to retailers, goods companies, catalogers, as well as to publishers of magazines, books, directories and other printed media. The Company has 87 printing and related facilities located in North America and Latin America. In the United States, the Company has 67 facilities in 26 states, and is engaged in printing of books, magazines, directories, retail inserts, catalogs and direct mail. In Canada, the Company has 13 facilities in five provinces through which it offers diversified mix of printed products and related value-added services to the Canadian market and internationally. In July 2009, the Company announced that it emerged from protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act in Canada and Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
