Janus Capital Group Inc. (JCG) provides investment management and administrative services to mutual funds, separate accounts and institutional clients in both domestic and international markets. JCG provides investment advisory services through its primary subsidiaries, Janus Capital Management LLC (Janus), INTECH Investment Management LLC (INTECH) and Perkins Investment Management LLC (Perkins). JCG's investment products are distributed through three channels: retail intermediary, institutional and international. Janus offers growth equity, core and international equity funds, as well as balanced, specialty fixed-income and money market funds. INTECH offers risk-managed investment products. Risk-managed products have primarily been sold through the institutional channel.
