(KPN) is a telecommunications and information and communication technology (ICT) service provider in The Netherlands, offering wireline and wireless telephony, Internet and television to consumers and end-to-end telecom and ICT services to business customers. KPN’s organization in The Netherlands consists of five segments: Consumer, Business, Getronics, Wholesale & Operations and Other activities, including IT The Netherlands. Its subsidiary Getronics operates an ICT services company, offering end-to-end solutions in infrastructure and network-related information technology (IT). KPN provides wholesale network services to third parties and operates an Internet protocol (IP)-based infrastructure through iBasis. On December 19, 2008, it took a 41% stake in Reggefiber Group B.V., a joint venture with Reggefiber B.V. for the rollout of the Fiber-to-the-Home. In February 2009, KPN, together with Reggefiber, took a majority stake in Glasvezelnet Amsterdam (GNA).
