Its retail portfolio includes White Rose, Leeds; Cabot Circus, Bristol; The Centre, Livingston; Bullring, Birmingham; Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth, and Princesshay, Exeter. The Company has 27 shopping centers and outlets across United Kingdom. Its retail development pipeline includes Cabot Circus, Bristol; The Elements, Livingston; St David’s 2, Cardiff, and Trinity Quarter, Leeds. The Company owns London building, such as Piccadilly Lights and Westminster City Hall, and is developing Cardinal Place in Victoria and New Street Square in mid-town. On January 12, 2009, the Company announced the sale of Trillium, its property outsourcing business, to Telereal.
