BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 March 2009, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited's revenue increased 10% to RS269.2B. Net income decreased 11% to RS14.05B. Revenues reflect increased income from both Automotive & Farm Equipment segments. Net income was offset by an increase in consumption of raw materials, rise in staff costs, an increase in interest expenses and higher provision for depreciation & amortisation charges.
