The Company’s products include individual components, as well as integrated circuit solutions. The principal end markets that it serves commercial air/satellite, defense, industrial/semicap, medical, mobile/connectivity and notebook/ liquid crystal display (LCD) television / display. In April 2009, the Company acquired the Space Level Power Products business of Spectrum Microwave, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum Control, Inc. During the fiscal year ended September 27, 2009 (fiscal 2009), Microsemi acquired Electro Module, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Babcock, Inc.
