The Company operates in three business segments: Devices and Services; NAVTEQ, and Nokia Siemens Networks. On July 10, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of NAVTEQ Corporation. The Devices and Services group was formed on January 1, 2008, and combined the three former mobile device groups, Mobile Phones, Multimedia and Enterprise Solutions and the supporting horizontal groups into one integrated business group. In August 2009, Nokia acquired Cellity.
