Bank Hapoalim Ltd. (the Bank) has developed a network of branches and an array of commercial banking activities, in all areas of banking, providing a range of banking and financial services to its customers. In addition to its operations in Israel, the Bank also operates abroad through branches, representative offices, and subsidiaries, as well as through relationships with over 2,400 correspondent banks worldwide. The Bank’s international operations includes Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Australia. The Bank also has investments, primarily in the areas of insurance and real estate, through equity-basis investees. The activity of the Bank is managed through six segments of activity: Household, Private Banking, Small Business, Commercial, Corporate, Financial Management. In May 2008, the Company sold Bank Massad and on July 2008, it sold Bank Yahav.
