In April 2008, the Company acquired SI Government Solutions. In July 2008, Raytheon Company acquired Telemus Solutions, Inc., a provider of information security, intelligence and technical services to defense, intelligence and other federal customers.In October 2009, the Company acquired BBN Technologies.

BRIEF: For the nine months ended 27 September 2009, Raytheon Company's revenues increased 7% to $18.21B. Net income from continuing operations increased 14% to $1.43B.
