Vinci SA is a France-based company, which is engaged in concessions, construction and related services. The Company has four business divisions. Vinci Concessions combines its expertise in the design, construction, financing and operation of infrastructure related to different modes of transportation. It operates in four areas: road infrastructures, car parks, airports and large structures. Vinci Energies provides engineering, systems integration, installation and maintenance in energy infrastructure, industry, the service sector and telecommunications. Eurovia builds, renovates and maintains road and motorway infrastructure; carries out urban, industrial and retail development projects, and offers long-term maintenance services. Vinci Construction is engaged in building, civil and hydraulic engineering, multi-technical maintenance, and related services. The Company is present in more than 90 countries.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2009, Vinci SA's total revenue decreased 3% to EUR15.49B. Net income for the period decreased 6% to EUR690.1M. Total revenue reflects weakened performance in the Energy and Information, Roads and Constructions business segments. Net income for the period suffered from decreased interest income as well as from increased other financial charges and lower other financial income.
