BRIEF: For the nine months ended 31 June 2009, Siemens AG's total revenue increased 2% to EUR56.94B. Net profit from continuing operations increased 10% to EUR3.3B. Total revenue reflects an increase in demand for the Company's products in the Energy and the Healthcare business segments. Net profit from continuing operations benefited from increased operating profit margins due to lower marketing, selling and general administrative expenses.
