BRIEF: For the six months ended 28 June 2009, Spirent Communications Plc's revenues increased 15% to £139.1M. Net income decreased 7% to £20M. Revenues reflect increased sale from Performance Analysis, Service Assurance and Systems segments. Net income was offset by an increase in cost of sales, higher product development expenses, increased selling & distribution expenses and increase in administration expenses.
