TNK-BP Holding OAO (TNK-BP Holding OJSC) is a Russia-based vertically integrated oil company. The Company is involved in the exploration and production of oil and gas, as well as operating petroleum refineries and marketing oil and petroleum products. It operates in various Russia's hydrocarbon regions in the West Siberia, Volga-Urals, East Siberia and the Far East. In September 2009, the Group finished its reorganization by accession of its four subsidiaries: Sidanco-Investments ZAO, Sborsare Management ZAO, Sidanco-Securities ZAO, Sidanco-Neftepererabotka ZAO. The Company is a subsidiary of TNK-BP Limited located in the British Virgin Islands. TNK-BP operates through five refineries and has a retail network of approximately 1,400 sites spread across Central Russia and Ukraine. The Company sells its products, mostly crude oil and petroleum products, on the domestic market, as well as exports them to Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States Countries (CIS).

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2009, TNK-BP Holding OAO's total revenue decreased 49% to $12.8B. Net income applicable to Common Stock decreased 52% $2.3B. Revenue reflects a decrease in sales of oil field services and exploration & production as well as unfavorable market conditions. Net income suffered from lower operating margins due to higher loss on disposals of assets and depreciation charges.
