TrygVesta operates through five principal business areas. BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, TrygVesta A/S's total revenue increased 4% to DKR12.95B. Net income for the period increased from DKR766M to DKR1.56B. Total revenue reflects an increase in gross premiums in Danish, Finnish and Swedish Geographical segments as well as an increase in ceded insurance premiums. Net income for the period benefited from a higher income from investment properties and positive value adjustments.
