Victoria PLC is an international manufacturer and distributor of carpets, floor coverings and carpet yarns. The Company is organized into four operating divisions according to the geographical areas: UK, Ireland, Australia and the Canadian associate. Victoria Carpets (United Kingdom) designs, manufactures and distributes floor coverings both within the United Kingdom and to over 40 export markets worldwide. Victoria Carpets (Australia) designs, manufactures and distributes a range of Tufted carpets for the residential and commercial markets in Australia, New Zealand and North America. Munster Carpets supplies woven Wilton broadloom carpet and carpet tiles in Ireland. Navan Carpets distributes Axminster carpets to the hospitality and leisure markets, and Wilton and Tufted carpets to the residential and contract sectors. Colin Campbell is a trade only designer showroom catering to the architect and design community in Western Canada.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 4 April 2009, Victoria PLC's revenues increased 1% to £62.2M. Net income decreased 85% to £389K. Revenues reflect increase in income from Australia region. Net income was offset by increased distribution cost, a decrease in other operating income, lower share of profit of associated company, an increase in finance costs, an increase in cost of sales and lower operating margins.
