Yell Group plc (Yell) is an international directories business operating in the advertising market, through the printed, online and phone-based media in the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain and Latin America. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Yell Finance BV, which is an intermediate holding company; Yell Limited, which is a classified directory publisher; Yellow Book USA, Inc., which is a classified directory and Yell Publicidad S.L.U., which is a classified directory publisher. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2008), the Company completed the acquisition of the Adworks businesses in the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain and India.
