Japan election looms.
July 8. - An election is looming in Japan that could bring the opposition to power, and a likely finance minister if the Democratic Party of Japan wins.
Tsutomu Okubo, MP Democratic Party of Japan, says no new government can immediately fix the nation's economic woes, but like the U.S., they'll tout change to come.
