Women's soccer turns nasty
Nov 10 - 20-year-old Elizabeth Lambert is suspended from the University of New Mexico's team for violent behaviour towards opposition team members.
The video was filmed during the semi-finals of the Mountain West Conference Championship in Provo, Utah.
During the match against Brigham Young University, Lambert is seen punching a girl in the back and pulling a girl's ponytail.
Lambert has now apologised for her actions on the pitch.
