Nov 13 - A Rwandair flight bound for Kampala crashes soon after take off in Rwanda's capital Kigali, killing one passenger and injuring nine others.
The pilot of the 50-seat jet reported a problem two minutes into the flight and asked to land.
Officials said the plane landed safely after being guided into the parking area then took off again from the parking spot, "at full power" and took a right turn into the building containing the VIP lounge of the international airport.
Jack Elk, acting chief executive of Rwandair, said airline officials believed the plane had "auto-accelerated".
