Critically acclaimed South-Korean director Park Chan-wook and pop superstar Rain are in Hong Kong to open the 31st Hong Kong International Film Festival.
For the first time, the festival will hold the Asian Film Awards presentation which has been called the "Asian version of the Oscars".
South Korean film, "I'm a Cyborg, but That's OK" is one of the films screening in the galas and is the debut for South Korean superstar Rain.
The 31st edition of the festival will run for 23 days, featuring 16 world premieres and 22 Asian premieres.
