Rice open to bilateral talks with Iran
Apr. 5 - US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has not ruled out the possibility of holding direct talks with her Iranian counterpart.
Among the topics Rice could bring up at the early May gathering is Iran's alleged role in providing weapons to Shiite militias in Iraq.
