Apr. 9 - Iraqis in their thousands have answered a call by Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr to rally against the American presence in Iraq.
The event marked the anniversary of U.S. forces entry into Baghdad. Baghdad was under curfew so Iraqis streamed to the city of Najaf for the big anti-U.S. protest which was called for by fiery cleric Moqtada al-Sadr.
