Paris passed up sweeter cell?

(01:55) Report

June 4 - The "Simple Life" star Paris Hilton said she passed up a self-pay jail for the harder-knock life but her sentence proves otherwise.

Paris Hilton surrendered to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's on Sunday (June 3) for violating her probation by driving on a suspended license. She claimed it was an innocent mistake but she appears to have made another gaffe just before heading for jail to serve her sentence.

Cindy Martin reports.
