Comic's comeback - from the dead
Jun. 12 - British comedian Bob Monkhouse is starring in a tv campaign to combat prostate cancer - four years after he died from the disease.
Archive footage of the British star of stage and screen and one-time writer for Bob Hope is convincingly combined with new footage with a look-alike and a voice-over by a spookily accurate impersonator.
