Pants suit thrown out

(00:55) Report

Jun. 25 - A judge in Washington, D.C. rules that 54-million dollars is a price too steep for a pair of pant misplaced at the dry cleaners.

The judge hearing the case ruled that the plaintiff interpreted the 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' sign unreasonably. The plaintiff was also ordered to pay court costs and the legal fees of the dry cleaner owners.
