Report finds Iraq missing key goals
Aug. 30 - The investigative arm of Congress is expected to show Iraq has failed to conform to most benchmarks.
The GAO findings appeared at odds with a more positive assessment the White House issued in July that Iraq had made progress on eight out of 18 benchmarks.
