UBS to double India workforce

Dec. 6 - UBS India Chairperson, Manisha Girotra says that talent scarcity and retention are its biggest issues as it looks to double its workforce in India from 1,600 employees to 3,000 in the next year.

Girotra, speaking at the Reuters India Investment Summit in Mumbai on Thursday, said "the market share is there for you to grab it, so it's basically about getting your own house in order."
