Bush declares Iran 'threat'

(01:26) From the Scene

Jan. 14 - U.S. President George Bush has been sounding a warning about Iran being a threat in the region throughout his trip to the Middle East.

In a speech in Abu Dhabi on Sunday he declared Iran a threat to world security and "the world's leading state sponsor of terror."

On Monday he was in Dubai before heading to Saudi Arabia in a bid to increase support for the Mideast peace efforts while isolating Iran.

Reuters Tehran chief correspondent Edmund Blair discusses the response to those remarks.
