Jan. 22 - WEF's Klaus Schwab stays upbeat about the prospects for the global economy, as market turmoil takes over discussion at the annual gathering.
Schwab says he still expects the world's GDP to grow this year, and asks that his annual meeting of money and power in the Swiss Alps keeps focused on longer-term problems instead of just the short-term crisis in market confidence.
