Feb 17 - Treatment at the hospital for HIV and AIDS patients is funded by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for Aids Relief.
The initiative launched by Bush in 2003 is supporting life-saving anti-retroviral treatment for about 1.4 million people infected with the virus in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
