Thailand's ousted PM comes home
Feb 27 - After 17 months of exile, Thailand's former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra returns to Bangkok.
On his return, Thaksin surrendered to police on a corruption charge.
He has sworn to stay out of politics despite the widespread belief he will run the country from behind the scenes.
