Computers come to Havana
Mar. 13 - In a sign of new leadership Cuba's Raul Castro has lifted restrictions on computers and other electronic goods.
An internal government memo seen by Reuters said the government "at the highest" level had approved the sale of previously prohibited equipment, including computers, video and DVD players.
