Flooding soaks Midwest
Mar. 20 - A wall of water bursts through a wall of earth near Valley Park, Missouri...just one example of the dangerous conditions now to blame for at least thirteen deaths in the American Midwest.
Now Missouri's governor has declared a state of emergency and President Bush has approved federal assistance for the state...as the storm continues moving northeast.
