Mar. 28 - President Robert Mugabe faces the biggest challenge of his 28-year-rule.
Security has been beefed up ahead of the joint presidential, parliamentary and council elections overseen only by observers from the regional Southern African Development Community whom critics accuse of taking too soft a line with Mugabe.
