Myanmar urged to allow foreign aid
May 8 - U.S Navy ships head towards Myanmar even as the Bush administration stepped up pressure on the country's military junta to open the door to outside humanitarian assistance.
Cyclone Nargis killed at least 15,000 people and left another 30,000 missing when it slammed into the former Burma's Irrawaddy delta and Yangon on Saturday, officials said.
