May 13 - The EU's foreign policy chief, Javier Solana, said the international community should "use all possible means" to get aid through to Myanmar's cyclone victims despite the reluctance of the military junta.
European Union aid ministers have been holding an emergency meeting in Brussels on the issue. It's estimated that barely 10 percent of relief supplies are being delivered to the devastated Irrawaddy delta area in Myanmar.
