Russia, China condemn U.S. shield
May 23 - Russia and China sign joint statement protesting against the United States' missile defence plans.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a joint statement on "most urgent" international issues with Chinese counterpart Hu Jintao, condemning the missile defence plans of the United States. Washington says it is crucial for protecting the security of it and its allies.
