June 19. - More than two dozen levees on the Mississippi River have either overflowed or been breached in the past 24 hours.
The worst flooding in the Midwest in 15 years has swamped vast sections of the U.S. farm belt, forced tens of thousands of people from their homes and caused at least one billion dollars in damage. Jon Decker reports.
