Jun 29 - At least two people have been arrested after anti-G8 summit protesters clashed with police on the streets of Tokyo.
The protests, which have become a fixture surrounding Group of Eight summits, clashed with tightened security ahead of this year's July 7-9 gathering in Hokkaido, Northern Japan.
The rally in the nation's capital gathered nearly 1,000 people, including anti-capitalists, students, labour union members and protesters from abroad.
Sonia Legg reports.
