Bud brewer accepts Stella suitor
Jul 14 - U.S. brewer Anheuser-Busch, maker of Budweiser has accepted a sweetened $52 billion takeover bid from Belgium-based InBev, maker of Stella Artois.
It's a deal that comes after a month of resistance by Anheuser Busch of St. Louis to overtures from the Brazilian-Belgian brewer InBev.
