A photographer's life pictured
Jul. 18 - Julius Shulman, a cult figure among modernist architectural photographers, is profiled in a new documentary film.
It was the 1960 photograph called Case Study House #22 that put Shulman on the map, with the evocative and dreamlike image of two women seated in a glass house practically suspended in mid air as the twinkling lights of Los Angeles beckon below.
